My items were damaged on arrival, what do I do?
If your items were damaged on arrival, please contact us by calling (251) 333- 6900. We will try to replace your orders as soon as possible.

How much are delivery charges and how long it will take?
The standard delivery time we follow is 14 to 25 days. We offer free shipping storewide. Our white glove delivery option can cost you $129.99 and $.99 for pick-ups per piece.
Please note: White glove delivery option can be availed for only few items like latex mattress, few hybrids, and inner springs.
What is the return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days from the date of your delivery. Please make sure that you still have original packaging and the item is unused and in pristine condition. Please contact our Customer Care team by calling (251) 333- 6900 to process the return of your desired items.
What is the exchange policy?
At Bedroom etc, our aim is to provide cent percent customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied by the product you have received, we’re here to help.
We follow a 90-day exchange policy. You must return the purchase in original packaging along with original slip for replacement. Also, make sure that the products are properly packed while you are returning them.
For the exchange of mattresses, we will:
- Charge 25% restocking and $129.99 exchange fees.
- Charge no fees for the delivery customers.
- Exchange items only for once.
For the exchange of mattresses with respect to their size, we follow below mentioned:
- Large Mattress: in case, you need a larger mattress, we charge you the exchange fees and difference of cost to upgrade to a larger mattress.
- Small Mattress: in case, you need a smaller mattress, we will refund the balance however you need to pay restocking and exchange fees.
- Comfort Mattress: in case, you want to exchange a comfort mattress, you need to pay both restocking and exchange fees.
For Wellsville Mattresses, we follow below mentioned policies:
- We offer free replacements for comfort and size exchanges
- We do not charge any shipping fees to the delivery customers
- We will charge $129.89 to the shipping customers
- We allow only one exchange per mattress purchase
- You must purchase 5IDED, IceTech and Encase mattress protector from Malouf
- We allow only Wellsville to Wellsville exchange
- The mattress to be exchanged must be free from any kind of stains and damages
- We allow the exchange only between 180 days from the purchase
What is warranty policy?
Please note that the warranties are issued by the manufactured however we are entitled to process exchange of product under warranty purchased from our store.Click here for more information. We will charge a $49 fees for all in-home inspections that will be refunded in case your warranty claim is approved. You can read details related to warranty of any product from its details page.
